Import sackmesser output back to a new org

Hi there,

Lately I have exported all my test environment to my local using sackmesser. Now, I would like to install a preprod and import all the config back in there. Is it possible to use sackmesser to import existing output back to new org ? I see some examples and realized sackmesser expects a basepath in the commandline which assumes the import is done proxy by proxy. 

Also, does sackmesser imports environment, kvms, developers etc.. ? basically everything from the output.
