I Cannot Test my Apigee HelloWorld default API as per tutorial

i did create an eval org account for APIGee,

all config done, after accesing the x.x.x.x.nip.io/hello-world  (x.x.x.x first ip address) i get a timeout error.

in the last recommended next steps, the first point is to :

Create an A record that points x.x.x.x.nip.io to y.y.y.y is this normale?

the ip x.x.x.x need to be the same as y.y.y.y?

how to fix this error preventing me to test the helloworld proxy?
