How to verify replacing new license file is successful or not?

Hi,

I have installed an apigee OPDK cluster on 3 datacenters. The thing is that I would like to replace a new license file on the management servers of these 3 datacenters.

The question is

1. After replacing the license file, is there any way to check if the replacing license file is successful or not?

2. If I replace the license file in only 1 of 3 datacenters, is there any side effects on other 2 datacenters?
