How to retrieve geography_geom field from TIGER/Line Shapefiles

Hello guys, my question is related to Google's Census Bureau US Boundaries dataset  (see reference https://console.cloud.google.com/bigquery?p=bigquery-public-data&d=geo_us_boundaries&page=dataset&pr...)

These tables have a special geospatial field that I use to plot polygon boundaries for geographical analysis. For example, for the table bigquery-public-data.geo_us_boundaries.counties,  the geospacial field is the last column named county_geom, I want to know how I can retrieve that field from TIGER/Line Shapefiles because Google's US boundaries dataset is not updated and I need additional geography details that are not in these tables, such as census tracks and block groups.

I have been looking for this information for a while but I can't find where to get the polygon details in any format. I really appreciate your help guys!
