we had a license issue while installing apigee (standalone installation) on-premise edition 4.14.06.02 on RHEL 6.4 . So we requested for a new license file in sales@apigee.com. They replied us saying "Could you please create a CSN ticket on OPU-API component so that they can share the correct license file there" . Please help us how to raise a CSN ticket on OPU-API component.

OPU-API is the component code for "SAP API management by APIGEE on-premise" . Did you purchase product from SAP or APIGEE?
