How to convert SOAP proxy to REST API using Apigee Hybrid

In the Apigee documentation, I can see there is option to manually convert SOAP to REST API by selecting the option 'REST to SOAP to REST'.

I have a WSDL file, but when I tried to create the same functionality I do not see any such option.

Is there any way to convert SOAP to REST?

I suggest trying the wsdl2apigee tool available on Apigee's Github at https://github.com/apigee/wsdl2apigee
