How to change devportal configuration such that the /apis page is accessible only for logged in users ?

As a admin user navigate to the following url "https://devportal_root/admin/structure/views/view/smartdocs_models/edit" and select the option next to "Access" to change the default from "None" to "Role". You can further select a specific user group or authenticated users as a option under the role. Attached screenshot highlights the settings.
