How do you restrict access to resources in an API proxy in product configuration?

I have a requirement to restrict CRUD operations (create, update, delete to be packaged in one product and READ to be packaged in a different product)

Is there a way is there a way to configure apigee product with resources in the API also? meaning can you add only GET /v1/items operation of API Proxy to a product

I did find some information on the post below. But the link with details seems to be removed. Any help on this is appreciated.
