How do I get plan and billing details for APIGee Edge

I need to find invoice history for our org. Admin/Billing Account only gives me the option to change the credit card number (Which is something I do need to do). The main support portal only sends me in circles. I also can't find details on what kind of subscription we actually have.

I am an Organization Admin for this account if it matters.

Subscription and invoicing are usually handled by the Apigee sales team. You could try filing a support ticket asking to be introduced to your account team if you don't know who they are. 

I don't have access to the support portal. Unfortunately I was handed access to this from someone who is no longer with the org I work for. I had tried calling Sales but they were unable to help me.

I'm still pending an answer to this as I am not getting responses from APIGee.
