Headers in case of error, errors.headers.names only list 'content-type, but there are others as well

Context:

I added an access blocking policy to my proxy and I have a sharedflow attached to the flowhooks which query request and response headers and bodies. In case of errors, it queries the error headers and body.

Issue:

But in this case, we only content-type in error.headers.names, but in my client, I get other headers like x-request-id and content-length. Am I looking at the wrong place?
