Global policy for multiple proxy under the same product

Hello, I have a product that uses two proxies, v1 and v2. The quota limit defined for this product is 30 per month. However, the quota limit is being applied separately to v1 and v2, resulting in 30 requests per month for each proxy. I want to combine the quota limit for v1 and v2, so that I have a total of 30 requests per month for both proxies. How can I address this issue?
