Getting datastore issue and bundle size exceeded 15MB while creating mock service using JS and AM po

I want to create a mock service that include 19 scenarios and each scenario contain large size of JSON object that is exceeding 15 Mb of bundle size. I tried the below approach,

added a JS policy and parsed the request payload. I have validated each JSON object field and based on some flag I have set each json response object in each assign message policy. But as per the limitation I am not able to add more AM policy as the bundle size is exceeding. Also I have tried to add the response in javascript itself. But I am getting the same issue bundle size exceeded more than 15 MB or datastore issue. 

Please help me if there is any other approach to implement that
