GatewayTimeout when going from Dev to Prod

Hello,

I have an API which is working fine through my dev proxy and I have tests which all pass, I have now deployed my API onto prod and changed my tests over to point to the dev environment and I am getting lots of GatewayTimeout. This doesn't make any sense to me as the proxy's are just a complete copy working on dev and not on prod.

My Proxy is talking to a 3rd party IdentityServer on another server.


Does anybody have any idea for the reasons for this?

Hi @Daniel Barnes - your target servers are setup incorrectly. Particularly the SSL section. I've fixed them for you.

Use the management api to see the new configuration now.

@Daniel Barnes , I don't think community can resolve the issue. Looks like infra issue. Please open a support ticket with Apigee. If you think it's affecting production traffic, please open P1 support ticket so that Apigee team can join on call within few minutes. Hope it helps.
