Exploit analytic data with tableau

On Edge private cloud ver 4.50, we need to exploit analytic data with tableau. Which would be the right way to do this?

Hello Diego

Tableau has a web data connector plugin where you can connect your data source and visualize your data. https://help.tableau.com/current/pro/desktop/en-us/examples_postgresql.htm

If you intend to use API, you can create a .hyper file and refresh it periodically.

Thanks

Got the same question. Also, if someone will suggest a good guide on properly connecting Tableau and Jira apps, it will help me a lot.

Hi @arritxuwheel

Please tale a look at our Tableau Connector for Jira app, it is a trusted no-code Tableau Jira integration from Atlassian Platinum Vendor.

Sometimes it is hard to connect to Tableau, especially if you don't update this application on time. If you want to make an exploit data analytic for Edge by Using Tableau, you should have the latest version of Tableau installed. The most comfortable way is to save the data file in Edge and import it into Tableau using the excel filter. Answering the Jira question, the overall process is not so hard. You can use any guide you find on the internet, but I recommend you use this article https://newsupdate.uk/how-to-connect-tableau-to-jira/. This article is simple and well-written. I always send this link to my friends if they have problems connecting Tableau and Jira applications.
