When I try to load a spec for the docs in the portal, it does not work, it was working but since yesterday it hasn't worked. I've tryed to contact apigee but the feedback does not seem to be a priority.
The top API product does not load the spec but the other one has. It's the same spec.

There was a disruption with API SSO services earlier today which is documented on the Apigee status page. This has been resolved, and you should be able to now create your API Spec.
