Error while Creating sample API Proxy

I am getting the following error when deploying sample API Proxy .I went through editor ignoring the error but I am getting errors while I am adding policies.

Inconvenience is regretted. We are having issues with trial orgs. From my experience, though UI throws errors, Your proxy should work fine. Just navigate to list of proxies & access proxy. You might see some errors while updating proxy & deploying but it should work fine after few seconds.

Give it a try & let us know.

Thanks for the information but the thing is I ignored the error and started doing some work by adding some policies but while deploying policies also I am getting the errors and I am not able to save my work .So,Is there any thing so that you can address particular account so that you can solve this issue
