Error installing ASM 1.10 on Apigee Hybrid 1.6.7 runtime

Hi folks,

I've just upgraded from hybrid 1.5 to 1.6.7. The runtime pods are working well. I upgraded ASM from 1.8 to 1.9 without issues; but failed to upgrade from ASM 1.9 to 1.10. During rollback procedure, it somehow removed all deployments of ASM (1.9 and 1.10).

Since there's no working ASM deployment, I've decided to install a fresh copy of ASM 1.10 on the hybrid runtime. However, the proxy pod is failing at readiness probe with the following error:

Readiness probe failed: Get "http://10.3.14.85:15021/healthz/ready": dial tcp 10.3.14.85:15021: connect: connection refused

The IP above is the pod's own IP.

Is there something I've misconfigured?
