None of the proxies are working today in Test Env. Getting exception "Error creating trace session for API proxy "

Can you share more details? sometimes you might just want to deploy/undeploy & logon/off and it works.

I expect the session to be created when I click the Start Trace Session button. Attached snapshot of what I am facing today.
