Error: While deploying APIGEE Adapter for Envoy

Hi Everyone,

We are trying to install the APIGEE Adapter for Envoy by following the steps provided in the link .

We are using the following command and getting the error-

Command:

$CLI_HOME/apigee-remote-service-cli provision --legacy --force-proxy-install --management <<Management Base URL>. --username $USER --token $token --organization $ORG --environment $ENV > config.yaml

Error: deploying runtime proxy remote-service: invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value
Usage:

apigee-remote-service-cli provision [flags]

Can you please help us in resolving the same as we are not sure the cause of the error?
