I'm not sure of the question.

Maybe you are asking about TLS.

EdDSA is used in TLS 1.3. Apigee SaaS does not yet support TLS1.3. So in that regard, no, EdDSA is not supported. There is a request in the backlog asking for TLS 1.3 support. b/117580780 for your reference.
