Are there benchmarks of expectation that Apigee has for the Dev Portal's core functionality. ie. Registering an App to get key or publishing an API/upload OAS document. We would like to see if you have and/or Pantheon can give us realistic expectations. We are having early concerns about performance and want to see what can be done.
