Delete developer in New Edge portal looks like it doesn't

I have created a portal in the New Edge environment. I created some test user accounts and attempted to delete the accounts from the Users page, clicking on the garbage can icon next to the portal user's information. This appears to have no effect. Am I doing something wrong?
