Define the order of the operations in Developer Portal

I would like to be able to define the order of the operations in an API on my Developer Portal page... but I can't seem to find a setting that will allow me to do so. I looked at both the smart doc code, as well as the UI and cannot see a spot where I can order the operations.

Can someone clue me in on how to do this?
