Customize models Smartdocs

Dear all

My first question is :

I would like to add a new field (required) when i create a new models (smartdocs).

How to customize the page for new models (when i create a new smartdocs)

I have customize smartdocs content-type but i don't see the new field. Alo, I can see in the view.

My second question is :

How to initialize this new field for existing models ?
