Can you upload plain the regular swagger html output to the developer portal?

We have run into several issues / limitations while working with smartdocs. I know that the developer portal is basically a drupal site on pantheon. Is it possible to take the regular swagger html output (plain html and js) and upload that into the developer portal? In other words, has anybody tried and succeeded in using the developer portal, but instead of using smartdocs, just using plain html / css/ js swagger?

Hmm, that's not quite what I was referring to. I want to be able to just use the plain swagger editor, export the swagger yaml file into plain html/css/js that I can view in my browser. I'd like to be able to upload this swagger html page to the dev portal to avoid smartdocs' limitations.
