CKEditor - WYSIWYG HTML editor

Hello All,

In the dev portal I created content type -body with CKEditor - WYSIWYG HTML editor, the content type body with trimmed to 250 character, but i want to notify user when then type more then 250 character.because at the time of drafting the content user are not warned about the limit, they come to only after the content is published.
