Hello everyone, I'm a total noob on creating bots and using API but I am on a mission to understand how to create a automated chat to use in Google My Business with Business Messaging (chat) in order for a customer to be able to talk with a BOT. I'm digging the internet all around to get a north to learn it but I only find people teaching how to use others services. Can anyone help me with it please? I need to be pointed in the direction on where to learn about it 🙂
I found the Business Messages developer docs but as I said, I'm a complete noob.
