Apigee spec cannot be updated from developer portal

Hello there,

I have portal admin role for my org (8x8gateway) and when I update one of the API spec from inside the Apigee it fails to do so.

The ui says that's successfully saved but when I refresh the page I see the old content.

Left is the modified, green content.

Right is refreshed page, after the save.

It should have the updates, but is without them. Observe the Note content, left and right.

 Please advise, regards!
