Apigee private cloud router time out

Hi Team,

We are working on increasing timeout on router to 30 minutes using below property.

conf_load_balancing_load.balancing.driver.proxy.read.timeout=1800000ms

But we are noticing timeouts after 5 mins. Apigee error code: 499. Can you please correct property value for router timeout?

Why? May be consult apigee support or design  in right way and not open connections for such long time.

Is it because  you are doing above configuration changes because you want to transfer large files??
