Apigee no organizations available after sign up

I'm trying to learn Apigee because after sign up, I'm redirectend from https://apigee.com/edge to https://apigee.com/no-orgs-available, and I have this error:

Sorry to hear of the trouble getting a trial account. If you signed up at https://login.apigee.com/sign_up, please note the new verbiage at left:

Apigee Edge free trial limitations:

New trial orgs are no longer provisioned on Apigee Edge. Existing trial orgs are not impacted. For trial orgs, please sign up for Apigee X.

The legacy sign up page is still active because it is sometimes needed for customers to be able to create a new user in Apigee Edge cloud, however, this page no longer provisions a trial Apigee Edge cloud organization.

Options:

1. sign up for Apigee X, Apigee's current cloud offering

2. Work with an organization administrator of an existing Apigee Edge org and request that your new user be added there.

I have try for those options, It is my personal account. I have created account in Apigee-X and navigate to Apigee-edge from it is populated the https://apigee.com/no-orgs-available

If you click the link to go to Apigee Edge, this goes to the legacy product, which, as discussed above, no longer has free trials available. You will need to go through the process of setting up Apigee X  by clicking the "Setup Apigee" button instead.
