Apigee logout page not redirecting to Login page once logged out

Hi 
We have Apigee Private Cloud set up along with SSO configured for users verification using Ping. SLO certificate has been configured as well. While logging out, the page should redirect to login-back page but instead throws an error 

Could anyone please let me know if I am missing out on any configurations in SSO in Apigee.
