Apigee hybrid proxy deploy failure

We installed apigee hybrid runtime in EKS cluster. When we tried to deploy a proxy we get below error,

Status: instance " apogw-dev" is not reporting status for environmental group "new-dev-group" .

When we checked synchronizer logs. It shows below error,

Permission denied, request is prohibited by organization /u0027s policy. Vpcservicecontrolsuniqueidentifier.

Looking into watcher logs revealed that virtual host name (apogee route config) not found. Correcting environment group name in override file resolved the issue.
