Apigee development portal issue. Please help me....

Hi Friends,

Please help me on it.

User attempted to update a views module, along with three other modules requesting updating, via the web interface, but, despite having FTP access, it wouldn’t allow him. So, he dropped the updated module folders into:

APIGEE development portal web site had been hung. Please check this issue. I asked User to roll-back the change and he did it. I have already run command ‘service httpd restart’. I can see httpd service is running on the server apigee402. Please find below logs and commands which I had performed for investigation.

We are getting below error at line number 1653. We could see file ‘views.module’ is available in the path ‘/var/www/html/profiles/apigee/modules/contrib/views/’.

File ‘view.inc’ is also available under path /var/www/html/profiles/apigee/modules/contrib/views/includes’.

could you please let me know how can I fix it? some modules has changed but I am unable to find anything related to issue.

@avinash patel , You can use drush commands to update registry, Try

drush rr

You can also try clearing caches once,

drush cc

Hi Anil,

We have already run below command to clear cache.

#drush cache-clear drush

and it is completed successfully.

could you please provide other suggestion.

@avinash patel , You have to run the command inside developer portal root directory. That's generally /var/www/html/

I tried to as you asked but same issue.

The drush command 'rr' could not be found. Run `drush cache-clear drush` to clear the commandfile cache if you have installed new extensions. [error]
