Apigee X missing a few system variables?

Noticed that a couple variables are not being populated in Apigee X.

• system.pod.name
• system.region.name

Is that a known issue? Also, FYI - I'm using an eval org.

To reproduce, use assign message and create two variables using the above system variables. Run a trace and see they don't populate.
