The cloud standard edition license has limitation of 180 million API calls per year. I couldn't find anywhere where this is clearly defined.
We have a setup where we want to do logging via Stackdriver, we've created an API proxy to handle logic related to fetching access token and writing log entries. This proxy is called async by business API proxies within the same Apigee organisations.
In terms of licensing, does this count as an API call? Although this API proxy will be called internally within other APIs.
