Apigee OPDK Security Events Audit

I am looking for OPDK apigee logs of management server and edge UI any  security related events like user creation and deletion, new role assignment to a user  etc for audit purpose.  I created a user in management  console but I am not able to find those events in the  management and UI logs. Is it logged in a different location?  Enterprise Audit  and monitoring system   need to know the file name where this  events are logged.

Have you checked the Apigee Audits. You can retrieve them through audits api https://apidocs.apigee.com/docs/audits/1/overview
