Apigee Monetization Add Credit

Hoping someone who could help me with my problem. I deployed in my GCP account free tier a drupal apigee dev portal kickstart and already installed apigee module and apigee monetization module. When I go to config/apigee-monetization/prepaid-balance/add-credit it direct me to a message error "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.". What can I do about this? please help?

I hope you've already went through each steps of the add credit documentation.
