Apigee Integrated Portal - auto publish OpenAPI spec changes

Is there an automated way to publish all the OpenAPI spec changes automatically to the internal dev portal ? We have an usecase where we want to publish to internal dev portal without having to manually use the 'Refresh Snapshop' option in the portal

The team has been working to expose APIs that would meet this need. I have reasonable confidence that that is on track to reach a preview in X/hybrid in the next couple of months or so. Until then the best option is to use the UI to refresh a snapshot.
