What will be selection factor or use case for Apigee Hybrid with Anthos VMWARE or in BARE METAL 

Any detailed link with respect to Apigee Hybrid ? or any practice experiences/insights will help?

I think Apigee hybrid will have no relation to this.  The decision is Anthos-on-BM vs Anthos-on-vSphere.  And there are tradeoffs there. But those are independent of Apigee hybrid.  There is an Anthos space here on the forums.  I suggest you search and maybe ask there.
