Apigee Hybrid 1.4.x Anthos Service Mesh on AKS cluster

Apigee Hybrid 1.4.x has a step "Set up and download ASM" indicates to install ASM on attached cluster

Lists following version of AKS

• Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) on Kubernetes version 1.16
• Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (Microsoft AKS) on Kubernetes version 1.16

1)Listed AKS (Azure kubernetes) version should also include 1.18.x but doc only lists 1.16 for AKS ?

2) ASM on attached cluster guide does not give the link for ASM for AKS cluster. It is a text not a link.
