Do you have a self-managed version of Apigee Edge? In that case you can use a MessageLogging policy to get a transaction log. Find the documentation for this policy here. If you use the Edge SaaS, then you can use MessageLogging to send data to a syslog endpoint, or you can log to something like StackDriver.
As far as "developer activities", can you explain in more detail what you are looking for there? What kind of "activities" ?
