Apigee Edge - Shared Flows

I can see the following message for the Shared Flow: noname-security-apigee-java-8-sharedflowbundle-2

Error in deployment for environment prod.
The revision is deployed, but traffic cannot flow

where can I find more informative logs?

Shared flow deployment issues are quite similar to the proxy deployment issue. There are few possibilities like Management Server connection sync with RMP or large bundle in size.
