Apigee Company admin and email

In Apigee EDGE when you are creating a Company using the API, how do you set the Company entity admin and email? I see in the examples https://apidocs.apigee.com/docs/companies/1/routes/organizations/%7Borg_name%7D/companies/post

It sets some attributes like ADMIN_EMAIL and MINT_BILLING_TYPE.

Are these the correct set of attributes? And also to set attributes using API what are all t
