Apigee API Labs/ APIJAMS

Hi all, 

I have been working through with these labs that are deprecated now but was working with the mock HTTP SERVICE located here - https://github.com/apigee/apijam/tree/master/Module-1/Labs/Lab%201

Now this HTTP service was working when creating the first API Proxy .. but it seems to be not working anymore and shows up as "server IP address could not be found" . I am wondering if this has been fully deprecated now?
