Api is not deployed in OPDK 4.51

hii folks,

I have just installed OPDK 4.51 and the steps are running smoothly fine

this is the last message I got while onboarding the organization 

and I just check the overall status is showing all good

and even though I check the status of all services in each node its says all is running

but as soon as I created API proxy and deploy it is not deployed

May be check the exact exception in message processor logs pl & share the details..
