FYI:

Sharing about an incident we had few weeks back. Very interesting bug.

Analytics report to disappear when you click on the 'null' link in a custom report. The null link is for the target response code and it means that the target response code was not received by the MP. Clicking the link should lead to the next screen with details. Instead, it stop the analytics feed.

Restarting the management server resolved the issue.

Any one experienced the same with below version.It is too obvious to click in reports but this issue made to be more cautious.

on prem version - 4.15.04.

Hi Vinay,

I suggest checking Management Server (MS) log for errors. Analytics metadata i stored in Cassandra. If the MS is having problem accessing it (intermittent network problems or other), that my cause problems.

Thanks for your reply.

I am working with support on the issue to find the root cause. It's very consistent behaviour. There is a JIRA ticket opened as well.
