Analytics Error after logging into the UI | "Error fetching analytics data Data Access Error"

Hi,

Reaching out to seek some support on an error that is flashing as soon as we log into the UI.

Background:

1)Installed Apigee v4.17.01 using 9 Node Clustered topology with two data centers.

(LDAP version 2.4.40)

2)Ran the validation script to test the installation. Worked fine.

3)Logged into the validation org and getting the following error:

Data Access Error."

Have you first checked the status of qpid and postgres? Second did you look in any of the log files...it will show you why and where the qpid/ postgres issue is that could trigger this error.

Hi, I am getting same error . Did you find any solution for this issue? My qpid and postgres is up and running.

@SURESHT look in the mgmt server system.log and the system.log on the mps ... it will give you insight as to what wiring is not working to sync the qpid data flow. also have you looked at the other posts on this topic ?

Please also check if the qpid queues are receiving and forwarding messages. Please also check the postgres database fact tables to see if any data is being ingested.
