Access routing

I have a bug that I have not been able to solve and it is regarding the deployment of Apigee Access Routing, I have not been able to find anything that gives me a guide. The message when deploying the service is: "Assertion failed: Expected to exist: undefined".

I'm not sure what the issue is or what has caused it. Usually the only pre-requisite to my knowledge is having sufficient permissions. One alternative could be to try continue the process using the configure routing steps that are documented here

Assuming you get the same issue with the manual steps, you should at least have more context as to the root cause of the issue rather than just "Expected to exist: undefined"
