APIGEE to AWS Lambda - Extenstion callout

Is there a working example of the below extension callout policy.

Also, Is Extension callout a policy like service callout although I don't see that specific policy.

My use case involves invoking lambda for file streaming purposes, also will be authenticated.

Yes, Extension callout is a policy. I can see that in Apigee free cloud account.

Which version of Apigee are you using?

It seems like you are attempting to use the Extension Callout on an OnPrem version of Apigee. I'm afraid that is not supported. Please refer the info heading on the documentation page that you have linked to.

Apigee Extensions are available to Apigee Edge Cloud Enterprise customers in the Edge UI. Extensions are not available in the Classic Edge UI.
