APIGEE Monetization custom rate plan

Dears,

I want to define a rate card plan with specific transactions and duration 

for example i want to allow the developer to have 1000 transactions for a period of 80 days or less and he needs to pay specific amount for this plan and once he finish the transactions that he have or the duration is done he cant use the API

how i can do this using apigee edge UI
